• お使いのPCやスマートフォンの環境により、商品画像と実物の色味が異なって見える場合がございます。
「画像と実物がイメージと異なる」など、お客様のご都合による返品には対応いたしかねます。

• 発色の強い蛍光色などは、画面上で正確に再現することが難しい場合がございます。特に、蛍光色の彩度を調整する際に、近接する色の彩度にも影響が生じることがございます。

• 一部、色味の調整が難しい革もございます。色味等が気になる方は、POPUPイベント等で実物をご確認いただいたうえでのご購入をおすすめいたします。

• カート内の商品は決済完了まで保持されません。決済前に在庫切れとなる場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。

• ご注文ごとに送料が発生いたします。
BASEのシステム仕様上、複数商品を別々のカートでご購入いただいた場合、それぞれに送料が加算されます。決済後の送料のご返金はできかねますので、ご注意ください。

• 革は天然素材のため、素材本来のキズやシワ、色ムラなどが見られる場合がございます。これらは製品の特性としてあらかじめご理解のうえ、ご購入ください。

• 商品の発送は、ご注文完了後7日以内（土日・祝日を除く）に行っております。

• Due to differences in PC and smartphone display settings, the color of the product may appear different from the actual item.
We are unable to accept returns based on reasons such as “the item looks different from the image” or “it is not as imagined.”

• Bright fluorescent colors may be difficult to accurately reproduce on screen.
In some cases, adjusting the saturation of fluorescent colors may unintentionally affect similar nearby colors.

• Some leathers are particularly difficult to color-adjust accurately.
If you are concerned about color accuracy, we recommend purchasing during our POPUP events where you can view the item in person.

• Items placed in your cart are not reserved until the purchase is completed. Please note that items may sell out before payment is finalized.

• Shipping fees apply to each order. Due to the system limitations of BASE, if you purchase multiple items using separate carts, shipping will be charged for each cart. Please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded after payment.

• As leather is a natural material, it may have inherent scratches, wrinkles, or color variations.
These characteristics are part of the nature of leather and are not defects. We appreciate your understanding.

• Orders will be shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after confirmation of your purchase.
